Devreese, Godfried Composers Composition Music

Although less well known than his son Frédéric, Belgian violinist, conductor, and composer Godfried Devreese (1893-1972) still had a noteworthy career. Although he wrote during the 20th Century, his music reflects strong Romantic tendencies. He is not widely known outside his native country.
