Lajtha, László Composers Composition Music
Hungarian composer, conductor, and ethnomusicologist László Lajtha (1892-1963) worked with Bartók and Kodály in preserving the traditional music of Hungary while himself often composing tunes that sounded much more western. He wrote piano, orchestral, ballet, and operatic music.
