Santour Hammered Dulcimer Stringed
Also known as the santur or santoor. This instrument is a hammered dulcimer, and has two types: the Indian and the Persian Santoor. The Persian santoor is wider than the box-like Indian version. Both are wooden stringed instruments played by hitting the strings with a light mallet.
