GNATS Free Bug Tracking Configuration Management
GNATS is the GNU, or Free Software Foundation, GNats: A Tracking System. For a short time it was known as PRMS, the GNU Problem Report Management System, but now it is again called GNATS. It is in production use by many companies and free software products.
