Mr Bean Comedy Programmes Television

An intermittent series of shows featuring Rowan Atkinson as an insensitive, childlike and usually mute buffoon. The first programme, broadcast on ITV1 on 1st January 1999, gathered 3 awards at that year's Montreux TV Festival, including the Golden Rose. Written by Rowan Atkinson, Robin Driscoll and Richard Curtis. Starring Rowan Atkinson. Last episode broadcast on 31st October 1995.
