Daventry Northamptonshire England United Kingdom

A town serving a large district of several villages. The exact origin of the town name has been diluted through time and Danetre is often used. Featured in the Domesday book, with artefacts dating back to the 6th Century A.D. although it is thought the settlement was abandoned at some time and re settled around the 10th Century.
