Nook Farm Historic Architecture Arts and Entertainment
Artistic community and literary colony so named because of the nook in the Park River which ran past the property. It became a haven for the Beecher family, among them and most notably, Harriet Beecher Stowe, the author of "Uncle Tom's Cabin'."
