Morgan Counties Kentucky United States

Morgan County was formed in 1823. It is located in the Appalachians region of the state. The elevation in the county ranges from 690 to 1400 feet above sea level. In 2000 the county population was 13,948 in a land area of 381.26 square miles. The county seat is West Liberty.
