Student Programs K-12 Education Maryland

This program allows high school students and science teachers to perform biomedical research in basic science laboratories of the National Institutes of Health (NIH).

• Student Teacher Internship Program (STP) - This program allows high school students and science education teachers to perform biomedical research in basic science education laboratories of the National Institutes of Health (NIH).
• Expanding Horizons Youth Programs, Inc - A career discovery program for middle school students k-12 in the student programs Maryland and Washington D.C. areas.
• Maryland Student Service Alliance - Help meeting Maryland's student service graduation requirement.
• Maryland 4-H Home Page - Involves youth in self-determined,hands-on learning activities such as workforce skills, k-12 citizenship, public speaking and other areas. Youth use their own k-12 learning styles and participate at their own pace in a k-12 wide variety of projects and activities.
