• An Evaluation of Maryland Critical Area Program - Effects on conservation of resource lands and patterns of development. Report assesses the Critical Area Act\\'s effectiveness nearly two decades later focusing on Calvert, Anne Arundel, Queen Anne\'s, Cecil Counties.
• Wetlands Restoration & Education - Provides wetland services, including wetlands design and construction, science and environment education, consulting, publications, native wetland nursery plants, applied science and environment wetland plant research, and wetlands engineering.
• Maryland Water Quality Financing Administration - Administers a revolving fund for providing low interest science and environment water resources loans for capital investment in drinking water and science and environment water resources wastewater projects. Also provides loans for controlling science and environment water resources nonpoint source pollution and estuary conservation and management.
