The city of Andover, population 15216, is in Anoka County, Minnesota, northwest of the Twin Cities. Andover is bounded on the north by Oak Grove, on the east by Ham Lake, on the south by Coon Rapids, on the west by the city of Ramsey, and on the southwest corner by the city of Anoka.
