This research and education center brings together a diverse group to develop and implement cross-disciplinary studies in hazard evaluation, forecasting and mitigation.

• Natural Hazards Project of the Organization of American States - Outlines projects being undertaken in the Western Hemisphere earth sciences to evaluate vulnerabilities (particularly to flooding) and provide earth sciences mitigation.
• Natural Hazards Databases at NGDC - This database, from NOAA and the National Geophysical Data Center, provides post-event information on many types of natural hazards.
• Natural Hazards Center - Resources from the University of Colorado-Boulder.
• Natural Hazards .org - Atmospheric and Geologic Hazards Information - Information on all types of atmospheric and geologic hazards with links to additional educational resources and active warning sources.
