Jacobi, Friedrich Heinrich Philosophers Philosophy
Friedrich Heinrich Jacobi, 1743-1819. Prolific German religious philosopher of the late Enlightenment and early 19th century. He criticized, in turn, the Rationalism of the German Enlightenment, the Idealism of Kant, and the Romantic Idealism of Schelling.
