Theophrastus of Lesbos Philosophers Philosophy
Theophrastus (Theophrastos) of Lesbos, c. 372 BC - c. 287 BC. Pupil of Aristotle and leading member of the Peripatetic school after Aristotle's death. He is best remembered today as an early botanist.
