Judson, Adoniram People Baptist Denominations
Adoniram Judson (1788-1850) was America's first Baptist foreign missionary. The son of a Congregational minister, Judson spent his life serving in previously-unevangelized land of Burma. He also translated the Bible into the Burmese language.
