Ards Irish League Northern Ireland UEFA

Based in Newtownards, Ards FC was formed in 1902. It won the Irish League championship in 1958 and, in 2001, won the First Division championship and promotion to the Premier Division. In 1998 the club was forced to sell its grounds to pay off debts and are currently working to acquire a new playing facility.
